Furnished with new king size bed and mattress, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets.

The recently refurbished, spacious 4 bed house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with parking available, close to local shops, the town centre and public transport links for BVH.
All bills included – Use of all modern facilities – Smart TV’s, WiFi, Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Alexa, etc…
Also included: washing powder/conditioner, toilet roll, other household necessities and cleaning products.
Generally the bathroom will be for sole use, apart from the odd occasion when I might have friends/family to stay.
There is also a downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
