Homely quiet house in central Brighton
Good central location with access to nearby buses (3 min walk) and mainline station to London ( 4 min walk) . My house in central Brighton has been updated recently and redecorated. The accommodation consists of a ground floor bedroom of very good size for one person and generous shelves and cupboards for clothes and a good desk area for working. There is a separate shower and toilet for the sole use of the lodger. The lounge downstairs would be shared at mealtimes but the TV would be available for the lodger as landlord has own TV upstairs and her own lounge and toilet and shower facilities.
I am of senior years but fit and healthy and with many interests. I have a positive cheerful attitude and good sense of humour. I have travelled widely and relate with many nationalities as a result. I have a male cat called Sam who is very sociable ( and greedy!) I like to be organised and clean and tidy and would hope the prospective lodger would have the same mindset to welcome someone into what my Grandaughter calls a homely home !
