The room is small but cosy and is therefore more likely to suit someone who requires it on a Mon-Fri basis only and this would be our preference as per our previous long term lodger.
The room may also suit someone with a very busy or active lifestyle, not spending a large amount of time in the room, mainly just using it as a base and to sleep.
Ideally you will have only limited items to store due to the space available.
We are flexible and happy to discuss your requirements including a short term let.
The room does benefit from having a large tilting window overlooking the rear garden giving great ventilation and light.
The room is furnished with a small double bed, new memory foam mattress, double wardrobe with full length mirror, shelved unit and brand new 32″ smart TV for your convenience to enable you to relax and watch your preferred programmes.
Recently new carpet and re decorated.
We are friendly and easy going professional people
(Brother and Sister) and live here with our two well behaved German Shepherds who love people so you MUST LIKE DOGS.

Parking is available on the driveway.
The train station is very close a short walk.
All amenities including The Galleria, Business Park and University are within walking distance.
If you like the Gym there is one located at the end of the road.
£100pw with £100 deposit.
