Furnished double room in a Victorian terraced house. Walthamstow/Leyton borders. My lovely flatmate of almost four years is moving out to live with her boyfriend. Moving dates are flexible.

Sharing with only one other person (me!) I am a 44 year old woman, mostly tidy/clean but occasionally chaotic when busy.
10 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central tube, 3 minutes walk to bus stop with many buses!
10 minutes walk to Walthamstow Village and all the nice pubs.
Bathroom and kitchen have both been fully renovated in the past five years.

Also sharing with my two extremely fluffy cats, who have no concept of personal space and leave a trail of fur everywhere.
The room backs onto the garden, which has a train line running across the end. The freight trains are sometimes noisy and continue to run at night.
The hallways are still in very much pre-renovation state and the garden is a bit of a mess.
DETAILS
The room is furnished with a double bed (storage drawers), a wardrobe and shelves. Painted white – you can put pictures up though.
Kitchen is a reasonable size, includes electric oven, induction hob and additional combination oven/microwave. It’s fully stocked with plates/pans etc, so there’s not really any room for additional kitchen stuff, sorry.
Living/dining room are knocked through so are one open room. There’s space on the bookshelves for you to use.
Virgin fibre broadband/TV.
ABOUT ME
Friendly, fun, left leaning. I work as a PA for a law firm and also run a small creative business. A bit geeky – I like sci-fi, action, horror movies, punk and indie music (although don’t play it loudly in the house!) Also not above a bit of reality TV – MAFS, Drag Race, Below Deck etc. Never watched Love Island though…
I work from home three days a week and am often home at the weekends too.
I like yoga, going to the gym, and am also getting into climbing. Not really a party person, but like the odd wine and trip to the pub. Also like watching the occasional game of football.
