My partner Charles and I are a friendly couple, both working, who are currently based in Australia and will be coming and going from time to time. In 2017 we added a loft to the house which we propose to use ourselves. It’s not shown in the indicative house plan.

Fantastically well situated for public transport the house is approximately a 5 minute walk to Kentish Town tube (Northern Line) & Thameslink, 10 minutes from Camden Town tube, & a few minutes to West Kentish Town Silverlink. Bus numbers 134/N134, 214/N214, C2, 46, 24 are on the door step & the 27, 31, & 168 are all close by.

Surrounding Area
Hampstead Heath is 10 minutes north, Primrose Hill is 10 minutes east & Camden Market is about 5 minutes south. Everything you need is available on the High Street, supermarkets including an independent organic supermarkets, fabulous range of cafes includines Gails, Koffoffs and Neighbourhood Organic as well as an organic butcher & fishmonger, a couple of great deli’s, quirky hardware and Kentish Town Library.
