Hi:) I have a furnished, good sized double room available in my peaceful home in Walthamstow. The house is situated on a quiet road with friendly neighbours, just off Forest Road and 5 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road tube station on the Victoria Line.

The bedroom is at the front of the house, and is lit beautifully by the sun in the morning. It has a double bed, wardrobe, 1 large and 1 small chest of drawers and a built in cupboard with shelves. There is also room in there if you want to bring anything of your own.

The house has a shared kitchen and bathroom with a shower and bath. There is access to a garden at the rear.

Rent is inclusive of bills.

Good transport links – 5 mins walk to Blackhorse Road station. From there you can get the Victoria Line (be on Oxford St in around 20 mins) and also the Overground which runs from Gospel Oak to Barking. St James Street station is about 10 minutes walk away where you can get trains to Liverpool St. Walthamstow Central Station (also bus station) is also about 10 mins walk away.

The house is also close to the main shopping centre and market and there is also a Tesco just around the corner.

I am Anne Marie, a Special Needs Teaching Assistant. I am a friendly, clean and tidy person and am looking for someone quiet and considerate, who doesn’t have to be reminded to keep shared areas of the house clean and tidy. During the week I am busy at work, so I like my home to be a nice quiet, cosy place to relax in at the end of the day. You will also be sharing with Simon who works for the NHS and my very shy cat, Panther.
