It comprises a spacious, fully equipped and MODERN KITCHEN with all the appliances (inclu. Dishwasher), 1 shared bathroom, communal garden shared with only 1 other flat (only 3 flats in building – 1 flat has it’s own garden). Right across from the college. PROFESSIONAL PREFERRED There is a tiny, but very friendly, chihuahua in the flat, so no one with dog allergies (can’t have any other pets). Bills are £150 per month. I can be flexible about move in date, it’s more important to me I get a good fit of personality than an exact matching to my date on offer.

Living with me:
I rent from the landlord and am renting the 2nd bedroom on a lodger agreement. The flat comes unfurnished and I have furnished it, so comes fully furnished too.
Pets: I have 1 lovely, friendly and very quiet chihuahua, so you must be a dog lover – I can’t take any other pets under my own rental agreement.
The flat is a good sized 2 bedroom flat with a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom (shower/bath). It’s very convenience to transport with buses right across the street and the DLR less than a 5 min walk and all zone 2. Greenwich train station which serves London Bridge is only 8 mins walk away.
There is a communal garden shared with only 1 other flat which catches the sun.
It’s 2 mins walk to the Greenwich University and Cutty Sark museum, as well as short walk to all the other sites.
Greenwich Park is only a 5 min walk up the road. The river boats are right by the Cutty Sark museum (5min walk). Thames is on 5 mins walk from flat.
About me:
I’m a Canadian expat self employed actor/singer/voiceover actor, so my work is a mix from home and elsewhere. I’ve lived in the U. K. over 20 years. I’m often out in the evenings teaching classes or hosting events. I’m a very quiet and respectful flat mate. I enjoy walking in the park, speed walking, yoga and just chilling over a glass of wine in the garden or going to the theatre.
