The flat is conveniently located next to a large Sainsbury’s and Homebase, as well as a beautiful park and the Basingstoke canal, with its cycle path to Woking. Quick and conveient access to Guildford, surounding areas and the North Downs. There is a bus stop outside the complex, with links to Brookwood station, Woking and Guildford (28, 34, 35,39A, 91). I also have two cats.
The rent includes wi-fi, council tax and water bills, but not electricity, which will need to be split.
