I am an Artist looking for a friendly, busy full time professional, or a busy post grad student, who is happy to be a lodger in a victorian house in the Kensal Green borders. Not looking for someone who works from home.
The room available is bright and on the top floor of the house overlooking the garden.
You will be living with me and my daughter who is a freelance designer. We also have two cats.
There is a modern bathroom adjacent to the bedroom which you will share with my daughter.
The room is carpeted and furnished with a double bed, single wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a desk and a chair and two lamps.
There is a fully fitted large eat-in kitchen (Dishwasher, Microwave and Washing Machine) with access to the garden. You will also have access to a large sitting room on the first floor.
Well located approximately 10 mins walk from Willesden Junction Station (zone 2) with 3 overground lines to Euston, Stratford/Richmond and ClaphamJunction. There is also the Bakerloo underground line running directly into central London.
A local victorian park and leisure centre are within 10mins walk, as well as shops and a supermarket.
Queens Park, Notting Hill and Kensal Rise are all close by. Westfield shopping centre is 1 train stop away with access also by 220 bus.
