Lovely good sized double room, on the first floor, overlooking a parc, quiet.
Hip area, close to shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. The city center is in walking distance The house will be shared with one other person – male , 41 years old. Large shared living/dining room area, nice clean kitchen, with fridge and washing machine and bathroom with bath tub. Garden to the rear. Parking is possible in front of the house. Parking permit via the Norwich council. Please only apply if you are in a full time job, or can proof an income. Leaders is the agent, who will do extensive checks. Please note that the move in date is after the checks have gone through and have been approved. The contract will be signed with the agency – either 6 months or 12 months initially.
