Looking to share a new york loft-style apartment with high ceilings, open floor plan, and industrial-chic design elements which creates a trendy and modern living space. I am currently living with my best friend who will shortly be moving in with a partner and I am looking for somebody to take her room over in the next month. The apartment is furnished and the room available is unfurnished. The room comes with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The building itself comes with lots of great amenities, including a gym which is complementary to use, rooftop area with barbecues and a great view of the city, along with a workspace and private boardrooms available on the first floor. I am looking for somebody that is office based or potentially hybrid. My apartment is a new build in Wembley and very close to Wembley stadium station which is a short ride on the Chiltern that takes you into Marylebone in 9 minutes. I’m also a 12 minute walk from Wembley Park station which is on the jubilee and metropolitan lines.
