My home is an end of terrace property with a large garden just off Woodley Lane, Romsey. The room is fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The bathroom and kitchen area would be shared.
Bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath with a shower. Large Kitchen / Diner, allocated cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Access to the rear garden. Parking is also available in the cul de sac.
Buses to Winchester Train station are nearby for direct lines to London and South Coast – one hour either way. Trains from Romsey station to Southampton and West Coast. 20 minute drive to Winchester or to the New Forest – 40 min drive to Bournemouth
The room is £550 per calendar month
All bills are included. Super-fast broadband.
