Furnished double room in lovely first floor flat
A lovely first floor flat with its own patio garden (small). There are stairs up to the property – neighbours either side and downstairs, but nobody above which means it is generally quiet.
The room is furnished – there is a bed, built in cabinet space for clothes, a chest of drawers and a desk and chair are available if you need (there is enough room for it). The flat has a nice shared living room, another small bedroom (mine) and a kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom has a shower but no bath.
You would be sharing with me – I am quiet and clean, I work full time but often travel or go away. I enjoy reading, watching TV and films, cooking, music etc. I am relatively quiet so I am hoping to find a like minded flatmate who wants a quiet, clean flat – it’s important to me that you respect my home and also me!
No smoking at all. I would consider a cat but we would need to discuss! (there is a cat flap already).
Mayow park is nearby and Sydenham has a few nice shops, a deli and coffee shop etc and the big Sainsburys at Bell Green.
