NOTE: There is no lounge in the house.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
Huge garden.
The house is situated an 8 minutes’ walk from Norbury Station & 8 minutes by bus to Streatham Station where you can access a 20/30-minute train to Victoria Station, London Bridge, The City and Central London.
Additionally, close by there is a huge range of supermarkets Lidl, Sainsbury, Tesco Extra, restaurants and retail outlets heading towards Streatham high road.
Monthly rent including bills is £ 800-830. (700 + bills)
Deposit – 800
Room for one person. I’m ideally looking for a professional like me. Independent, mature, neat, friendly and fond of their own space.
