Refurbished bright double room with en-suite Streatham Hill
I’m a semi retired professional female with lots of interests – yoga, gardening, music, animals, sports etc who is looking for a mature housemate for newly refurbished double room with en-suite bathroom.
Most bills are included (Ctax, water rates, broadband). Heating & electric is split 3 ways and comes to approx. £70 pcm in winter.
I live a reasonably quite life and do most of my socialising outside apart from the odd barbeque or small celebration. Our shared meals are a nice treat, but due to differing schedules we mostly do our own thing.
I don’t have a pet of my own & don’t intend to for some time, but I do sometimes pet-sit for friends and family. Sorry, I can’t accommodate anyone who comes with a pet.
We are 5 mins walk from Streatham Hill station so excellent train & bus services to central London & beyond. Balham tube is 22mins walk, Brixton tube is 10mins by bus
