Large double bedroom on first floor in a new build town house, you will have your own private bathroom next door to your bedroom. Family home with adult children 25 & 19 who live on the top floor they are quiet & respectful, and me mum AKA Amanda 52 and I live at the property part time. We all work full-time so would like someone that works too, healthcare professional preferred but not essential, Honey our 12 year old shitzu who is very friendly dog lives with us to and is currently unemployed ?so you will need to like dogs, we are looking for a lodger to move in around 11th March 2024 as that’s when our current lodger moves out.
