I own my home and live in a detached house. My lodger will have shared access to my kitchen, Dining room, bathroom. I do have parking available only if the free public parking at the front of the house is full. It is close to Essex University and Hythe Train station. My home is about 15 to 20min walk to the iconic Colchester town centre. It is a happy home and alot of the time I am busy. I have a husband that dwells in London and on some occasions he may visit for a few days on and off once a month. I too have times where I am away due to work. It is a reasonably quiet home and most of all respectful. I love my tranquil space as well as social life. I have a warm and welcoming house I am happy to share with a warm and respectful person.
