Located in the heart of Montrose, walk to Honolulu for cafes, bars, and restaurants. I’ve been living here for over 5 years and I absolutely love it. Surprisingly quiet house on a large lot. Includes 2 non-covered parking spots. Washer/dryer hook ups and central air! All newish appliances. Separate basement and laundry area. Sizable outdoor space too. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and pantry area.
Rent is $1500 (+ split of utilities), and move in date is flexible, but would need the lease locked asap.
