The bedrooms and bathroom (with big corner bath!) are upstairs and the living room, kitchen and additional WC are downstairs. There’s also a rarely used communal garden beyond the private garden which is just trees as far as the eye can see.

Brondesbury overground (mildmay line) and Kilburn tube (jubilee line) are 5 mins walk and resident permit parking can be arranged if needed. West Hampstead and Queens Park are 15 mins walk away and Hampstead Heath is just 3 stops on the overground 🙂

Sharing with me (46F), a private PA and online reseller, and Rudy (3M) my friendly Coton de Tulear dog. Rudy is hypoallergenic/non-shedding and is affectionate and good natured.

I love music, food, travel, comedy, pub quizzes, dog walks and going on adventures in Zippy, my campervan.
