The flat has five bedrooms, four on the first floor and a ground-floor reception room converted into a bedroom. The ground floor kitchen, diner/living room, separate WC with faucet, and utility room lead to a garden with a small lawn and patio. The upstairs shower room has a WC and faucet.

Please note that the landlord is ordering a new double bed, which will arrive shortly. I am the lead tenant.

Bills include council tax, gas, electricity, water, and 100-300mbps fibre optic broadband. Each tenant pays 20% of the total, which currently equates to £114.00 pcm. (this is going to rise soon) There is a kitty for sundry expenses.
