Double room available in a spacious and bright apartment in vibrant Old Market. I really enjoy sharing my home with those that are naturally thoughtful and considerate.
The room is a good-sized double (around 10 square meters). It has a double bed and a clothes rail. Furniture can be added or taken out, apart from the bed frame – if you prefer to bring your own mattress that is not a problem.

Rent is £800 per month, which includes all bills and weekly cleaner.
Location – just a 10-minute walk to Temple Meads station, 20 minutes to the BRI, and 20 minutes to Harbourside. The Bristol to Bath cycle path is also right on our door step. Located in a resident parking area, permit available from Bristol city council.

I’m currently studying for my PhD in Sheffield, so split my time between there and Bristol. When I’m in Bristol, I work from home, so not the best fit for those who work from home full-time – hybrid working can be accomodated.

A Bit About Me: I enjoy having friends over for dinner/drinks, as well as occasional dance nights out in the area – but also perfectly happy spending time by myself. I’m also a bit of a philosophy/social theory nerd, enjoy the odd theatre trip and getting out to the country/coast.

The apartment is well-equipped with an oven, air fryer, washing machine, and a de-humidifier with a laundry setting – innovative and eco-friendly! There is also a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a decent-sized fridge-freezer, and all the usual kitchen stuff.
