Hi there.
I am living in a 3 bedroom house in a quite neighbourhood in an area called Besse O Th’ Barn in between Prestwich and Whitefield.
I live alone here, and hardly here as I work full time as a retail manager and a music producer in the evening to the other 2 rooms are empty.
The room available for rent is the largest in the house, a big double bedroom. The second bedroom is mine, and the third I have converted into an office area with desk, chair, sofa and imac that you can use.
The house has a large kitchen and a huge back garden (I dont use this as the grass has over grown but has massive potential due to the size)
I am seeking house mate that is friendly, clean tidy and a working professional.
