Hello, I live with a good friend. Our house mates are moving out on the 4th August and we needs new ones. We are very friendly young professionals.

This is a 5 bedroom property, but one of the rooms is quite small so we don’t rent it out and just use it as a spare room for when people stay. This leaves 4 rooms, of which one is slightly smaller than the others. Therefore, we are asking for less rent from this individual. There are 3 safe parking spots outside the house in total and lots of street parking.

The larger room is upstairs and comes with a large window view of the back – lots of green. It also has a built in wardrobe. The smaller is downstairs and also has a window.

There are two toilets, one up stairs and one down stairs. The upstairs is larger and has a bathtub. The downstairs’ only has a stand in shower. The kitchen/living room is a nice open planned space – lots of room! We currently only have one fridge. There is also a safe space to store bikes. The house in unfurnished, including both available rooms.

I work as a Data Scientist. My house mate works as a bar manager. We tend to do stuff as a house maybe every other week, such as a pub quiz. We cook with each other most nights.
