We have a double room available in a 3 bed home sharing with 2 sisters. The house has one bathroom with a toilet, bath tub and shower. There is also a second toilet available downstairs. The house has a living room, dining room, and conservatory for shared use as well as sizeable garden. Appliances include a gas stove, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. The rent includes all bills: electric/gas/water and internet. There is free on street parking and the house is a 5 minute walk from Waitrose and a 7 minute walk from Asda. There are good bus links nearby. The house is also a short walk/cycle to Stokes Bay, the highstreet and the ferry port. The ferry takes 4 minutes to get to Gunwharf Quays with links train links from Portsmouth Harbour and bus terminal for the National Express.
