The flat is located near to a convenience store/ATM and bus stops for the 34, 49 and 1 into town; the tram is just a ten-minute walk away. There is free on-street parking.
Viewings can be done from Monday to Saturday after 2pm to 7pm. I’m looking for a clean, tidy, quiet, professional who will be living with his/her equal, who enjoys his own space but also a nice chat over a cuppa.
