I am a laid back flatmate. You have full run of the flat and garden.
The bedroom is comfortable and quiet with a comfy king size bed and desk space. We shall also have a cleaner one a weekt which is included in the rent along with all other bills.
Of course you’ll have your privacy but it’s be nice to have someone who is part of the home as well. Also someone who can love and look after the cat when I have to be away.
We’ve got Finsbury Park right nearby. Extremely handy for the Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line and buses (29, 141, 341 practically to the corner), as well as the overground (Haringey Green Lanes) all less than a 10 minute walk.
This is a quiet road with lots of residential parking space.
There’s a huge Sainsbury’s just round the corner.
Some of London’s best Turkish restaurants are on Green Lanes. Nearby Stroud Green Road has a further selection of restaurants, as does Stoke Newington Church Street
