Double bedroom with ensuite, lodger’s own use snug with sofa and TV, own use hob and fridge freezer, sink and worktops, lodger’s own use work station in shared open plan living area. The bedroom is within the annex of the property and shared use of the open plan area will be occasional .only.and shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard. It is fully furnished. All bills are included. Parking is free on street parking and readily available in this quiet residential street. If there is ever an issue the lodger can use my driveway. The lodger will be warm and cosy, have privacy and find our home peaceful and hassle free.

I live in the adjacent, but separate part of the bungalow with my son and JR dog. We are a quiet household and would like an amenable, quiet, professional dog friendly lodger.
Prospective lodgers must be non smoking, respectful, and good references.
