The River Room (Double Room)
The river room has a large window with great views out to the river Orwell. This room has been freshly painted and contains one wardrobe, a chest of drawers. A new double bed has been ordered (not yet in photos). Monthly rent: £550 Available from: 24 February 2026
The House: The house is a large four-story house with three bright and warm double bedrooms. There is a large bathroom with a shower/tub. A warm and inviting living room with soft sofas and a TV. The kitchen has ample space, with all necessary appliances and includes a dining table for dinner with friends. There is also a garden with a patio for great summertime BBQs and Pims. We are very open to having pets at the house (but please make sure they are well house trained).
The Location: The house is well situated only 5 min walk from the Ipswich Train Station, 10 min walk to the town center and 10 min walk from the Ipswich Waterfront and the University of Suffolk. There are great pubs in the area and easy access to the shops.
Looking for: I am looking for mature individuals who are looking to live in a comfortable and clean environment, enjoy company but also their privacy. It would be great to find people who are looking to settle for longer periods, 12 months or more. It would be nice to have a glass of wine over dinner or a chat over tea and biscuits. Essentially we want to continue to have a comfortable happy living space for people to just be.
Additional Costs: Bills are split in three between landlady and tenants.
