I am a professional and work from home in the week. I very quiet and keep the flat clean and tidy. The location is also very quiet and there are visitor car parking spaces available. The apartment is in a gated community and there are nice views from the flat and some lovely walks in the local area.

There is a shared living room kitchen and bathroom.

Ideally I would like someone who is professional and is also house proud and likes to keep the place tidy. I am open to considering cats or small dogs but it is a second floor flat so it would probably more likely suit a house cat.
