I’ve got two bedrooms available in Highfield, Sheffield (near Bramall Lane). I live at the property and have one double and one single room available for rent. Outside there’s a garden, shed and patio.
Inside there’s a dining kitchen and lounge downstairs, a double bedroom, single room and bathroom on the first floor, and a large double room in the attic. We have a cleaner come once a month. Downstairs there’s a cellar for storage. Neighbours are quiet and friendly.
We’re pretty close to the ring road and Bramall Lane football ground. It takes around 15 minutes to walk into town (the Moor or train station) and around 5 minutes to cycle. We’re pretty close to three large supermarkets – Asda, Waitrose and Aldi. Asda is 5-10 minutes walk, the others more like 10-15.
The rooms are available short or long term. The single room will be cheaper than the double. Both are unfurnished right now – if you’ve got furniture you can bring it, or I can furnish the rooms for you. All enquiries welcome!
