Hi, my name is Rob and I’m looking for a friendly lodger. I am a live in landlord with my 4 year old Cockapoo.

I’m not sure if you want to share with others, or the flat all to yourself (apart from me and my dog)!
But if you do, please read on.

I live about 3 miles from the beach with bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole town centres, and also Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
The flat is within walking distance of Talbot Campus, Bournemouth University.
I have a 2 bedroom flat that has been refurbished in the last few years.
The vacant room is a small furnished double with a television (with paid for subscription to films and series).
Although it’s not en-suite, the bathroom is right next door.

I have a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, etc.
You will have shared access to the lounge.
There is a fully enclosed garden at the rear with space for a second vehicle at the front.

I am a non-smoker, kind, considerate and respectful. I am quite laid back and open minded.
Although I am retired, I am a registered carer for a disabled girl, so I’m in and out at lot of my days!
