The entire home feels fresh, light and clean, – a calm environment to settle into after a frantic day. Existing tenants are early to late 30’s working professionals, a group of clean, tidy and respectful individuals, this would be expected from everyone in the house and to be willing to contribute to the current weekly cleaning schedule. Under ordinary circumstances and after lockdown we have cleaners who come in once a week to clean the communal areas at a slight extra cost.
This is a high-quality home effectively cared for with pro active maintenance, though the rooms are furnished they do not come with bedding or soft furnishings. We work hard to curate a positive and like-minded dynamic and respectfully ask interested parties to therefore note that our rooms are not suitable for couples or pet-owners.
The room is available to a professional and pleasant person who can be respectful of one of the current tenants shift patterns in nursing. Smoking is not allowed in the house but there is a rear garden to smoke outside if needed.
Due to the current Covid-19 lockdown video / electronic tours can be provided on request. Please note we are practising full lockdown requirements in line with government regulations. Two of the current tenants are key workers and one tenant is working from home. Should you also need to work from home there is ample space.
