About the area
Chislehurst is a lovely village just on the outskirts of Kent but still within easy commutable distance to all London stops – being within Zone 4 means that travel is affordable and achievable to London within 20minutes. Great bus/rail links to all surrounding towns including Bromley, Lewisham, Sevenoaks. Chislehurst is a safe and quiet place to live with great pubs, restaurants and amenities. The best place for professionals to live who want to escape the central built up areas and live in a greener, calmer environment – while still remaining close to the hustle and bustle. Lots to do, see and explore including Chislehurst Caves and the picturesque duck ponds at the heart of the village. Although a stone’s throw away from London, this can sometimes feel like a country village with farmer’s markets, fairs and festivals all held frequently! Great place for young professionals, and equally those wishing to bring up a family.
