The house is a semi-detached end house in a quiet close, with a Cotswold feel. It is conveniently close to a local Coop and large Sainsbury’s, a 15 minute cycle to the city centre, as well as easy and quick proximity to Iffley river and Florence Park which offers recently renovated and floodlit tennis courts, local cafe, and good gastropub The Jolly Postboys. It is also 5 minutes from a Pure Gym and a 10 minute cycle from two major pool and leisure centres.
If you have a car, residential permit parking is available on Hamden Road, or in the close subject to available spaces.
The house is very spacious, on three floors with an outdoor patio garden.
