I am looking for a lovely, friendly and respectfully aware housemate. Someone who communicates well. Also someone who likes cats!!
It comes furnished with its own sitting area and plenty of storage room. The large window and fresh decor gives it a lovely bright feel. This is a maisonette with its own front door.
There is a garden to the front and back for our sole use. It is a quiet residential street. with access to green space for fresh air and walks.
There are good transport links with a bus stop within 5 minutes walk and Woodford Underground Station in 15 minutes. The A406 and M11 are minutes away. There are plenty of grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk also.
You would be sharing with just me. I am mature lady who is very easy going with a modern outlook. I work part time in hospitality so my hours are a bit varied. I also like to travel, so am away now and then. I am looking for someone to be part of the household and respectful of my home. I am always happy to chat, or share a meal; maybe share a glass of wine and put the world to rights. But it would be important to respect eachothers privacy also.
You would have shared use of the main sitting room, kitchen diner and the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and many other appliances like smoothie maker, toasted sandwich maker, blender etc.
The bathroom is fully tiled with sink, toilet and bath/shower.
One other thing – My housemate MUST LIKE CATS!
