I’m looking for a flat mate to share a great two-bedroom flat with me and my lovely cat Bella. We are quiet and considerate and are looking for the same to make a friendly and respectful home where we chat and share the odd glass of wine or two.
I am WFH at the moment and there is plenty of space if you need to too.
The flat is a good size and in a friendly block, has a small garden and communal garden too, separate bathroom and WC, large living room, double bedrooms, laminate floors throughout and good storage.
The bedroom is unfurnished but a good size with built-in wardrobe and large windows. The picture shows it with a large King-sized bed though sadly this is moving out with my flat mate.
My lovely flat mate was here for 8 years, which I think shows how great a place it is – it’s such a good location and quiet area, and I’m hoping my new flat mate will feel as at home and enjoy living here as much as she did.
A little about me: I love socialising, volunteering, animals, meditation, the culture, history and mix of London, weird and hidden London, everything about London in general!
Location: off Caledonian Road / zone 2 / 2min walk to Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Overground / 5min to Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly line / 10min to Highbury & Islington on the Victoria line, Overground and Great Northern / 10min to Upper Street and 15 to Angel / 10min to Granary Square, the canal and Coal Drops Yard, /15min to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations / and a 20min bus ride or one stop on the Overground to Camden Town.
