Fitted carpets and a wall mounted electric radiator with timer ensure you are warm and comfortable in the cooler months. Warmer months in your room (and the whole flat) is lovely. Windows can be left open 24/7, as I’m on the second floor, ensuring a cooling breeze is ever present.

Great Bentley, (did I mention, the home of the largest Green in the UK) has a direct trainline to Clacton on Sea, (or change for Frinton or Walton) Colchester and London Liverpool Street.
The 2 bedroom flat conists of a shared kitchen, bathroom and main living room as well as an airing cupboard and a shared closet for coats. You will also benefit from your own parking bay in the semi covered ground floor car park, which is always handy on those rainy days.
The flat, situated on the second floor, is part of a block of 9 purpose built flats built at the heart of the Green. The block has undergone extensive modernisation over the last few years, and now boasts double glazed windows not only in the flats but the stairwells as well as a new security door operated by an elecronic key fob and intercom system. The car park under the flats is covered by CCTV, therefore all your security needs have been attended to.
The flat has easy access to all amenities, situated 5 minutes walk to the newly refurbished pub (The Plough), Tesco’s Local, cash point, mini Post Office, butcher, deli, garage and a Chinese resturant, to name just a few. Who is living There
Whilst I am classed as a live in Landlord, you will see me for only a handful of days/evenings in every month as I spend much of my time in Kent, but I still want to keep access to the flat when I’m in the Essex area and for this reason I have priced the flat slightly higher than most on the market, but you will in essence, have the run of the whole flat for the vast majority of the time.
