Conveniently located large double room
As I am away travelling most of the time (3 weeks+ per month) I would like to rent out a room. When there, I will sleep in an area off the lounge.
The room is large, bright an dairy, freshly decorated with no furniture at present, but some lounge furniture will be included. The kitchen features cooker, fridge and washing machine. You would need to provide your own bed, hanging cupboard, desk and chair. There is no TV as I do not watch.
The area is on major bus route directly to Cardiff (30 seconds away). LIDL and Burger place nearby and convenience store next door. Well-lit street with takeaways nearby.
Looking for someone mature responsible while I’m away, especially use of utilities and locking up; ideally someone who is working. I do like cleanliness and tidyness, especially in the bathroom – leave it as you find it.
I would of course let the new housemate know my schedule so you would have your own privacy. For the few days i am there, I would be mainly in my room and would do some cooking. I am relatively quiet and introverted.
