This is a 3 bedroom property however, the 3rd room will only be used as an office. Therefore only myself and a small Shih-Tzu dog called Bruno will be house sharing. The room is a double room and can come furnished or unfurnished. Currently comes with a double bed and cupboards. We have a few take away shops in walking distance, also supermarkets like Tesco’s, Co-Op, Sainsbury’s and Aldi. The nearest train station is Ewell West which is only 15mins walk or a 5 min drive in a car. Some other nearby stations are Epsom, Chessington North, Ewell East and Tolworth Station. The house comes with a spacious garden which is perfect for summer BBQs. Free parking anywhere on the road in this area and no permits required. Access to the whole house. We have friendly neighbours that are not noisy at all, very quiet area and are surrounded by greenbelt. So good to go and enjoy nature and summer walks. I am currently working from home and some days i do go into the office, but not often. Hopefully in the near future i will return to the office working 5 days at the office. I am an active sports person that enjoys running, cycling, martial arts and i currently play hockey for Epsom HC. Loves cooking, being active, out with friends, bbqs, nature, sport, travelling and art.
