DESCRIPTION
This is an old property with ‘character’. Mostly the location is quiet and its not a place for partying. No overnight guests. I would like to share with an independent person who is interested in the arts, creativity, history but dislikes sports. I am also interested in archaeology and exploration. I occasionally have visitors and go out as much as I can. I try to live as sustainably as possible, minimising use of resources, such as energy and water. At the moment the washing machine is not working, so I use alternative means. I am a vegetarian and would not like meat/fish in the shared kitchen. I would prefer a student who is council tax exempt. Otherwise council tax might need to be added.
