Large double room with private study
The room is spacious with a stunning city view of Sheffield at night. On the floor is a private study or spare room depending on how you wish to use it. There are two toilets; one on your floor and one on mine however the shower and bath are shared. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. I am vegan so a veggie or vegan is preferred but not essential. There is a large, wild garden at the back and a small private one at the front. The house is semi-detached with friendly, quiet neighbours.
It is a half hour walk into the centre of Sheffield, but there is a tram link just over 5 minutes away, along with a Tesco and Aldi.
We are a short – but steep – walk from the beautiful Bole Hills and Rivelin Valley so any keen walkers will appreciate the local wanders.
The house has been shared with various young professionals, along with my daughter who is planning to move in the coming months and I felt it would be worth placing the listing on this website for someone closer to my age who is happy to share with myself and two friendly cats.
