The bedroom is quite large and looks out over green space, trees and fields beyond, in which there are horses and sheep. The house is a light and airy three bedroom house (although the small bedroom is currently used as my office) and is on a development that is within walking distance of the town centre, where there are some nice restaurants and cafes, including on the river, with fantastic scenic views and boat trips available. The river is beautiful and there are meadows where people can walk, as well as a lot of history, with the museum and the famous and picturesque chapel on the bridge. There is private parking at the house, but there are also very good transport links and it is about 20 minutes from Cambridge. The house has 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, downstairs loo, small utility room and an open kitchen – dining area, as well as a lovely garden with a sunny patio where I enjoy sitting for meals in the warm weather. The neighbours are friendly and there is plentiful bird song and often the sound of the sheep! I am looking for a housemate who values their home and is wanting to share the house and have a bit of company.
