A beautiful 1 bedroom fully furnished ground floor accommodation with sea views. The accommodation is in the ground floor of our seafront town house. It is completely independent and consists of a specious lounge-diner, double bedroom with fitted double wardrobe, shower room & wc, a quality fitted kitchen with access to courtyard garden. The kitchen is fitted with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, double oven & American fridge freezer. A large airing cupboard & under stair cloak & storage area. (Although the accommodation is self contained, we would need access via a locked door through the hall & kitchen to gain access to the garden & shed. This would only be used during the week days & in as an necessity at weekends).
Myself Lynn & my husband Mark are recently retired, we like travelling & reading. We love our home which is now to big for the two of us & would like someone to share our lovely home & fantastic location. We are looking for a quiet professional lady that works roughly 9-5, five days a week, (not from home) who is clean & tidy. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any pets. We would love to hear from you.
