One bright small double bedroom is available for occupancy since the 1st of November.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, side table, two wardrobes with upright drawers. The room is in a new build, top-floor modern apartment (6 floors purpose-built apartments block). The apartment is like a penthouse in the corner providing great panoramic views of the park and 2 minutes walk to the northern line.
A bit about the apartment:
It is a new build. There are three double bedrooms in total, a large shared living room, large balcony, fully fitted kitchen (including American Fridge/ Freezer, washing machine and dryer), large main bathroom (this is yours and will only be sharing with one other person) and large, welcoming entrance hallway. Everything comes fully furnished with lovely furniture. The bathroom is Jack and Jill type. It means that the bathroom has two doors for access, one from inside your bedroom and the hallway.
It is located 2 minutes walk from Colindale tube station (northern line) and from there, only 15 minutes into Camden, 20-25 minutes to Euston and King’s Cross and only 25-30 minutes into Central London (Leicester Square, Charing Cross, Tottenham Court Road, Bank, London Bridge etc.).
There are pubs, cafes, restaurants, gyms, convenience stores, a Tesco Metro, Sainsbury’s local and a large ASDA and Morrisons, all only a few minutes walk away in the area.

You will be sharing with down-to-earth, considerate flatmates who enjoy spending time with other flatmates over a drink/dinner/movie/chat but also respects other’s space too.
I am from Prague, Czech Republic and enjoy riding my bike, exploring, and travelling. The other flatmate is a Hong Kong working from home professional who enjoys cooking and exploring London as well!
