I may consider a full-time lodger the monthly rent will be £500 Mon-Fri or £600 full-time, as I’m away such a lot.

The 64 bus service to Leeds City Centre is regular and there is a service to Wakefield. It’s a 5 mins drive to Garforth with 2 railway stations free parking and supermarkets, bars, pubs and restaurants. It’s a similar distance to Crossgates where you’ll find more amenities and the John Smeaton Sports Centre with gym and pool. There are 3 pubs in the village and tennis, cricket, lawn bowling and football clubs. There are also fitness classes at the village hall.
It’s 5-10 mins drive to The Springs and Thorpe Park and the M1.

The bungalow has a beautiful decked area with gas patio heater and a very private rear garden, off road parking and a garage.
You will have sole use of the house bathroom.
There is broadband and a bluetooth sound system to most rooms.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher.
The bonus is I plan to spend time travelling in Spain for the next 6-12 months as I’m retired so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
