The room has brand new bed , mattress and chest of drawers. There is a built in wardrobe and a Nespresso machine in your room.
I have a pretty predictable timetable and am happy to adapt to figure out a pattern so we are not both needing the bathroom at the same time.
There is a good sized dining area but not great storage space in the kitchen so would suit someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time cooking every meal.

I work full time, three days work from home and two days I commute. My 9 year old son stays with his dad some weekends. We appreciate a genuine considerate person to share our home. That said the house is over four floors so co-living can be as separate or as integrated as you like.
If you work from home you will have the shared spaces to yourself on the days I work on-site ie: Mon & Tuesday
Bills included: water, electricity, gas and broadband. The days I work from home I use my little office on the second floor
Not included: cost of weekly cleaner
