We have a large furnished double room and its own separate lounge In a quiet village 3 miles from the market town of Buckingham. Bicester and Brackley are 20mins by car, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Banbury 25 – 30 minutes, Oxford and Northampton 40 minutes, easy links to M40 and M1.
Shared well equipped kitchen with sole use of a separate fridge.
We have a well behaved dog and a cat. We also have three chickens in the garden, plenty of fresh eggs! Front and back gardens both have seating and there is plenty of off road parking. Wi-fi.
Bills are included.
Waitrose, Tesco, Aldi & Lidl are in buckingham along with some very good restaurants and Pubs. Beautiful walks around the village
Our present lodger who has been with is for 2 years is moving out at the end of July. The room is available from Ist August but can be viewed anytime.
If a Monday to Friday let a reduced rate applies
