Hello there
I am looking to rent out a double bedroom in my flat.
It’s a lovely top floor, split level flat, 5 mins walk from Crystal Palace Triangle and 10 mins walk to the station.
The bedroom is a decent double size with a built in wardrobe and has its own separate bathroom. (The second bedroom is on a different floor and has an en-suite)
The flat itself was only refurbed a couple of years ago so it’s in really good condition. Definitely looking for someone who is happy to take good care of it and is clean and tidy 🙂
As the two bedrooms/bathrooms are on different floors it does feel pretty spacious. It also has amazing views of London which is a bit of a bonus.
The flat comes with WiFi, TV in living room, a regular cleaner and all bills included.
Crystal Palace is a lovely area with loads of shops/bars/restaurants and the trains are direct into London Bridge in just over 20mins or Victoria in 30mins. It also has the overground which gets you to Canada Water in just over 20mins.
About me:
I work in marketing/PR and work longish hours during the week and then am out and about at the weekends. My ‘going out till the early hours’ nights are infrequent these days so it’s definitely not a party house! That said, I do enjoy the standard wine/relax/cook in the evenings type stuff.
I’m looking for an independent, considerate flatmate who wants a room in a quiet, relaxed and peaceful flat but also happy to maybe share the odd drink/night in every now and then.
