A bright, sunny double room is available in my lovely house for a friendly and quiet professional. I am a friendly person with interests that include music, yoga, climbing and tennis. There is a garden with a decked patio area for relaxing. I am happy to chat over a cup of tea or a drink on the evenings that we are both home. My house is very well located for lots of interesting parts of London as well as the City.
The Castle climbing wall is visible; and the delightful Clissold park and the Brownswood pub is a 4 minute walk away. A further 5 minutes takes you to Church Street (N16), which has more cafes, restaurants and bars than you can imagine!
For public transport there is a nearby bus stop that links to the 141 (20-30 minutes to Old Street and The City), and 341 buses (10 minutes to Upper Street, Islington). Manor House Tube ( Zone 2 on the Picadilly line) is an 8 minute walk away, and a 12-15 minute walk to Finsbury Park (one 2 Victoria Line). It is a 15-20 minute walk to Canonbury Overland Station that takes you to many other fabulous parts of London.
