The house is a good sized 30’s semi 3 or 4 minutes walk from West Worthing station, close to local co-op and great new bars, pilates etc.
It is my home and I rent 2 rooms plus have my grown up daughter living at home in the garden studio cabin.
There are 2 double rooms available – a small double available from November 1st and the large double from January 1st.
Both rooms are bright and sunny with south facing windows. The small double has a vintage French bed with a new sprung standard size double mattress. It has a range of drawers and hanging space. Extra storage can be available in the boarded loft.
The large room has a king size double bed and mattress and an antique wardrobe with drawers and hanging space. It is lovely and light with a large sunny bay window with custom fitted wooden slatted blinds. There are shelves fitted to both alcoves and a fitted desk and chair, and a large antique mirror.
All bedrooms share a good size family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. There is also a downstairs loo.
The shared living space is a large dining room leading off from the kitchen.
There is a smallish, secluded garden with trees and shrubs, seating areas and an outdoor washing line.
All bills included including fast broadband. Parking in the road is free.
